Awakening Souls Sanctuary LLC runs Awakening Souls Sanctuary and its Your Souls Sanctuary adoptables experience here at awakeningsoulssanctuary.com. This page explains what information we collect across the site, why, and who helps us handle it. We try to collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Order information: what you adopt, when, and how much you paid, plus the billing details needed to process your payment. Payments are handled by our payment processors, so we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Mailing list: your email address, if you sign up for drop reminders or updates.
- Artist applications: if you apply to be a featured artist, the information and artwork you send us.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic logs, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Cookies: small files that keep your cart working and keep you logged in. When you log in, we set cookies to remember your login, which last 2 days, or 2 weeks if you choose “Remember Me.” They are removed when you log out.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account and Soul-Ling collection, process orders and refunds, prevent fraud, reply to your messages, meet our legal and tax obligations, and send the reminders you asked for. We never sell your information.
Who else handles it
A few services help us run the site, and each receives only what it needs to do its job: payment processors such as WooPayments and PayPal, our email delivery and mailing list services (including Brevo), and our web hosting provider. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Who on our team can see it
Only the people who run the site can see your account and order information, and only to fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and are not required to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can see and edit your account details from your account page at any time, and you can email us to ask for your account to be deleted. Usernames can’t be changed once an account is created because a username is an account’s permanent identifier.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Deleting your account also removes your Soul-Ling collection. We can’t delete information we are required to keep for tax, legal, or security reasons.
Children
Our site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website can promise perfect security.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date below.
