Refund Policy
Your Souls Sanctuary is run by Awakening Souls Sanctuary LLC. Because of how our monthly drops work, our refund rules are a little different from a typical shop.
Soul-Ling eggs
The Nursery is open from the 1st through the 7th of each month. If you change your mind about an egg adoption, you can ask for a refund any time before the Nursery closes. Requests we receive after it closes can’t be guaranteed a refund, because at that point, the total number of eggs sold determines how every variation is assigned, and that process only happens once. Because everyone’s Soul-Lings depend on that final count, we can’t offer refunds on eggs after Egg Week (the 1st-7th) ends.
Note: We’re a very small team, so if you need to ask for a refund, please do it as early as possible. That gives us a chance to see your request and take care of it before Egg Week ends, so we don’t disrupt the variation assignment process. Thank you!
Roamers
Roamers are choose-your-price, and we’ve added safeguards to help you avoid entering the wrong amount. Because of this, we consider Roamer adoptions final. However, we understand that accidents can still happen, so if you entered the wrong price by mistake, please email us within 7 days of your adoption and we’ll do our best to help.
If something goes wrong
Sometimes things don’t go quite right. If you were charged twice, something broke, or something else unexpected came up, please reach out. We built this sanctuary to be a safe space for people, and we care about you having a good experience here. We look at each situation individually and decide what’s fair, and we’d always rather hear from you than have you stuck.
How to ask
If you need to request a refund, please email connect@awakeningsoulssanctuary.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as we can. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few days to show up in your account. Please keep in mind that when an adoption is refunded, the Soul-Ling (egg or Roamer) is removed from your collection.
